Great news!

Kim called me a little while ago with an update and it was a wonderful one. First of all, Caleb is keeping his food down now. She said that she fed him 50 ml. of milk earlier today & he sucked it down really fast and it's staying down. That's a huge improvement because as of a couple of days ago, he wasn't even able to keep 5 ml. down (i hope i'm getting the numbers right). Anyways, his digestion issues are not a problem anymore. Because of the fact that he's keeping his food down, Kim said that it looks like he'll be able to come home tomorrow with them! They are so excited about that because they thought that he might have to stay a couple more days & it looks like they'll be going home as a new little family of 3 tomorrow! So exciting! One more result they got back today...I don't think I mentioned that they did a ultrasound of Caleb's head to make sure there wasn't any brain bleeding, due to the fact that they had to push him back out of the birth canal during the c-section and they just wanted to make sure there weren't any head injuries during that procedure and that result came back good too. No bleeding on his brain. Today has been a wonderful day full of good news for us and we are so thankful that the Lord is watching over the Bennett's and protecting them. We can't wait for you THREE to come home! Love you guys!
